Lo mejor es la ubicacion, en pleno centro de Puerto de la Cruz y con un aparcamiento en la puerta del hotel.
The least liked
La zona es muy ruidosa durante toda la noche por culpa de basureros, bandas musicales etc... pero eso es culpa del Ayuntamiento y no del hotel.

The rooms were large, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Good wardrobes, drawer-space, kitchen with microwave & fridge and a good- sized bathroom, clean towels and a lovely little balcony. The central Puerto position was ideal for me and my visit to the town. The rooftop terrace was quiet, relaxing and the pool tiny but nice & cold. The staff spoke enough English and were very helpful whenever I asked about local services, etc.
The least liked
The noise from the nearby restaurant (singer) and early morning street- cleaners, but what can you expect in such a central position? Car- parking could be a problem for some in the crowded streets around (but I travelled by bus, so it didn't worry me). The lift didn't work on a few occasions, and the knobs on the cooker were so worn I couldn't read it to turn it off! However, these were only minor irritations, considering the excellent value-for-money.

Bastante viejo y cutre. Fugas de agua frecuentes inundan pasillos y provocan cortocircuitos. Personal entra sin preguntar y te ordena que abandones la habitacion/te levantes de la cama/pares de hacer lo que estes haciendo para limpiar. El recepcionista es Timothy Spall.
